Default 65nm CELL chip in Korean PS3's

I read somewhere here, where someone said, that Korean PS3's were allready using 65nm Cell chips.

Does anyone have a source for this?

Nope, no 65nm Cell processors yet, but it it isn't really a factor anyway, not like the X360 where people are waiting on the 'Falcon' chipset to fix RRoD once and for all. The only advantages of moving to 65nm are for Sony at this time, maybe in the future when 32nm is coming into play we will see a hardware revision like the PSTwo and PSOne, but for 65nm and 45nm it is unlikely that such a revision would be possible.

I read somewhere here, where someone said, that Korean PS3's were using 90nm Cell chips.

Hmm. I guess that didn't help much...
