Default Which CGI movies you like most on blu-ray.

Without a doubt, The Incredibles is the top of my list. Finest action animation ever made. Can't wait for that one.

Monster House was my first blu-title and glad to have it.

Waiting for TMNT in the mail, but cars should look spectacular.

Probably just about every CGI DVD, I have now. Except one or 2 duds.

Addendum: How can I forget Finding Nemo? It was the reason I bought an HDTV.

Definitely Incredibles at the top of my list too. I'll probably get Cars, as I liked it enough to own it. Will have to rent Ratatouille since i never caught it in theaters.

I would suggest you just buy Ratatouille. It is a great movie, one of the best Pixar ones yet in my opinion. It will definitely look amazing in Blu-ray as well.

All the Pixar movies will be well worth a purchase for me on Blu. Very excited to see Cars and the Rat in Nov. Of the Blu out now that I own, I'd say Chicken Little is my fav.

Yeah, The Incredibles will be great on BD . Can't wait for Nemo and Cars too.

I wish that Dreamworks was still releasing movies on BD . Over The Hedge is one of my favorite movies. My son loves it as well.

I bought the DVD but do not want this one on blu-ray. The funniest part of the movie was Wanda Sykes as the skunk. I bought Open Season on blu-ray and I have to say it was the better movie. The toilet humor always gets me.

Somebody forgot to flush! - Lmbo. Gets me every time.

I know they are not computer animated, but Batman the Animated Series was an unbelievable show. An HD treatment from WB on those would make my day.

CGI movies are a big reason i dove into HD, looking forward to alot of the CGI coming out on BD in the months to come, particularily Ratatouille and Cars this year.
pity Over the Hedge is dreamworks though, hate to have to wait 18 months to get a (possibly dudized double-dipped) copy of it.

Final Fantasy 7 Advert Children would be nice. The new BeoWolf would look awesome, hope hope it lives up to expectaions and not just a bunch of eye candy.

I am a bigger fan of Monsters Inc. than any of the other Pixars. Hows this...all of the Pixars. Also the Final Fantasy VII movie would be pretty nice. Can you imagine what will happen to this g/d format war if parents were rebuying all of their pixar films.

I'll be rebuying the Pixar movies but it won't be for my kids. They are for me!
They could careless right now about pq and sound.

They are happy watching their 'regular' dvd versions of the movies.

What movie has THE best cgi? When I say best I mean most realistic. From what I can think of is the T-1000 in the Skynet Edition of T2 and Arnies face in Terminator Salvation. What is the best you've ever see ?

I was also really impressed with the job they did with Arnie in Terminator Salvation. I've also got to throw some cred to District 9.

I still think the Star Wars prequels featured incredible effects, remember all the clones were CGI, and looked very realistic, particular by the time of Sith. And it wasn't just the creatures, but all the different worlds we were introduced. Problem with Star Wars is most people can't get past Jar Jar Binks and discount the effects in the prequels, but they still stand up very well today - and even Jar Jar was an amazing technical achievement.

And for that matter, Jurassic Park - when you consider that it was so difficult to tell which scenes featured CGI dino's and which were Stan Winston's creations.
