Kinda pathetic that Sony is letting Image put this out. I mean, the Image BDs of Sony catalog titles haven't been horrible, but they haven't been stunning either.

Uhhh...no, but I suspect that Adaptation would look better if Sony was releasing it instead of Image.

Adaptation Blu-ray Review

Cannot possibly relate just how much I loved this movie, and I've been waiting so long for the blu-ray release to watch it again. I wish DD would hurry up and tell me my order has shipped.

I had heard that a Criterion edition of this was in the works. Is there any info about if it will ever be released?

That makes sense. This one one of those niche movies that have "Criterion" written all over them. In fact, I might want to revisit it if it ever becomes part of the collection.

I’ve never heard about a Criterion release but the Spike Jones Director’s Label DVD announced a Special Edition release.

That was 15 years ago.

It would be great to have along with Malkovich... this bluray has been OOP awhile. Hope it happens. Maybe Cage would probably do a commentary. He does anything these days
