I totally agree, that track is awesome and would love to see it included on the BD.

Even if it's just standard definition, that would be fine. But High Definition would kick ass!

I hate to say it but that film is a favorite amongst my family. It's the very definition of a fun popcorn flick. I'm happy it's coming... wish it were sooner. Thanks for the info.

It remember it was a particularly successful movie to show friends on my 65" widescreen Toshiba TV (480p) soon after the DVD came out. They were blown away by DVD, and widescreen TV.

The event was way more important than the movie, but I'm still left with a warm feeling about the movie because of it.

Bring on the Jean Reno films!

Please forgive my compulsive a-holeness, but I must set the record straight. Godzilla, in this movie, is not a dinosaur. He is a mutated lizard. Also, many Godzilla movies feature him in a city. His usual target is Tokyo, not Gilligan's Island! On a side note, if you haven't seen it yet, watch Godzilla: Final Wars. You can see Godzilla fight himself!

YES!!!!!

I have owned The Professional and then Leon and finally the latest two disc release of Leon. It is one of my favorite films.

Like most of you I have to admit that Godzilla is a guily pleasure for me as well.

I look forward to it's release in blu.

I saw this movie in theaters. I didnt think it was bad. But then again I was young then soooo.

i remember when i was a kid i had a bunch of toys from this movie, including a giant awsome gidzilla and a FF-18 plane. it was pretty cool, i had it up till a few years ago. i reemeber the film wasnt as good as it was hyped but the effects seem to still hold up and looks awsome. im sure it looks great on bluray.

Godzilla (1998) has always been one of my favorite movies.

Action packed from beginning to the very end and with great special effects.
I just picked up the blu-ray version with lossless 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio today at Walmart for $7.88.

Can't wait to "experience" the whole Madison Square Garden scene at reference level.
That should rattle the walls in my home theater!

Godzilla is such a awful movie but I love it, I was so happy when Showtime had it on in HD and OAR many months ago.

Nice, I was a fan of that flick when it hit. I didnt have any attachment to the old ones, so this was fine by me.

The effects should look great on Blu!
