I sent the dude an email and said he should have done a 1 day listing. I placed a bid of 20.00 bucks but it looks like he made up a ebay user id today to bid it up, profile was created today

How do we know it isn't just the HD DVD sleeve on a Blu-ray case? Can anyone find a decent picture of the back cover of the HD DVD version to see if it's the same as this "Blu-ray" version?

That is called Shill Bidding and is illegal. If he gets caught he could get banned from Ebay. But it could really be someone new trying to bid on it or someone else trying to be an ass (HD DVD person) by driving up the price and having no intention of paying for it.

I was the first bidder then he out bid me and I looked at the date the profile was created and it was today, I dont think a ebay member signed up just for a BOG blu-ray

This movie was going to be one of my purchase when it was going to come out on Blu and after renting it on DVD, make you wonder what they do in Hollywood to get a movie made.

This movie SUCKED.....it not wotht the disc its recorded on...who ever wants this movie save your money, its not worth it.
