Im looking for online stores that might sell stands for flat pannel tv's like in the pic.

Try costco. I saw something very similar to the one in that pic a few months ago at a costco in Chicago. If you check costco online, they show a few but costco often has different inventory if you go to actual stores in person versus online, and also the styles/models available can differ from region to region.
