Default Warner Giving BD the shaft?

I just wanted to know if anyone else has noticed the EXTREME amount of eff ups that Warner has been throwing at Blu-ray. Seriously. The Harry Potter thing. The Blade Runner thing. Older examples being HDDVD getting better audio, HDDVD getting Batman Begins and Matrix and we get nothing. Now, someone is saying their T3 is only playing 1080i and they have gone through 2 copies!!! I just think this is getting ridiculous, anyone else?
And dont get me wrong, I'm all about Warner going Blu exclusive, but this is just insanity.

I just think that Warner is having severe issues KEEPING UP! With the titles that they are releasing, and the quantities that they are selling, it must be difficult for their production teams to stay focused. This two format issue from a manufacturing viewpoint must be an absolute hellish nightmare! Think about the fact that they are trying to meet demand for new releases while maintaining demand for all of their previous releases that continue to sell through the roof (thanks to the consistent growth of consumers purchasing into either format) all while having the X-mas retail insanity thrust into the mix. I'm sure that I'd be pulling my hair out if I had to co-ordinate all of that. Under pressure, goof-ups do happen.
