I like this guy.

He is one of the few marketing people that seems to truly get it... especially in the big picture way.

Most seem to have trouble thinking beyond the 'now' and how they can 'look good' at the office 'now'. Some have bosses who don't understand the longer term either and are forced to work in the 'now'.

It's good to see Scott can market the way it should be done and his bosses have the vision and understanding to let him do it (ignoring the PS3 naysaying of last year knowing Scott's longterm plans had potential, for example).

That was great! I laughed at the response tothe Gears of War 2 question. That was perfect! The rest was an amazing read as well.

I did too. I hate how everyone expects one title to be the end all and be all of everything. Having a slew of great titles coming this year will definitely be far greater in the long run than having one game that though I heard is good, is short and hype driven.
