cant really say because they havent released any details about it but i expect it to be the same but just wait till they announce details about it. but normally funimation did the mono track for the japanese version so the japanese track was remastered on broly but still not 5.1 while the english version was in 5.1 dts

Damn. I want to support it. I bought the first one with hopes that Funimation would have more title announcements by now. If they are going to just keep throwing DBZ at us, I dont know if I can keep going. I need SOME sort of incentive that some other anime will hit the format soon.

We all want Eiken on Blu-ray right? ![]() Anyhow i really don't like any of the DBZ movies. Especally the first 4. I did buy the Brolly set, but since I already have these two on DVD and rather hate them, i don't think i will be picking these up. |

Can anyone tell me if these are worth the money?? I have seen the clips on YouTube so I know that the quality is sharp and clear but is it really in HD? You know they said that about the Orange Boxsets that they were in 1080p and they really weren't and just cropped the image to make it widescreen. That is not the same case here is it?

Also if you prefer the Japanese voices, it wouldn't be worth it since it's in lossy mono audio which will sound like how it did in the late 1980's to early 1990's. If you prefer the English voices, it would be worth it since it's in Dolby TrueHD with 5.1 surround sound. Last edited by MOONPHASE; 10-04-2011 at 01:26 PM. |
