Latest 40gb Model Vs Spidey Bundle Model

is anyone aware of any major internal or external changes between the current 40gb model out now vs the one that came in the spiderman bundle for example is it 65nm now? improved cooling system? I was planning on getting one and just curious if there were any major updates, or perhaps might be better to wait and see if the white model with some of the motherboard changes shows up in the states?

Wasn't the 40GB with Spidey already 65nm?

As far as I know, the systems with and without Spidey are the same.
