Returns with Warner HV? - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone returned anything they bought from Warner Home Video?

I got Pushing Daisies for $23.07+TAX and it is now 19.99 on amazon, so I want to return it when it comes...

Do they give a mailing label?

From my dealings with Warner I'd say it's not worth it for $3. While it does come with a label, I believe they will deduct the mailing cost from your refund. It is very hard to talk to someone that knows what their talking about, and I've heard refunds can take over a month to process.

If it hasn't come yet you could always deny the shipment when it does. Then it should be sent back to WHV with no shipping cost to you, and they should credit your account they get it back.

Not sure about this, but I think it would work fine.

Delivery refusal is your best option. Try & get a reciept of some kind from the driver in case WHV claims they didn't get it back.

Trying to co-ordinate an RMA with WHV isn't worth the $5 imho.

Yeah... I thought about it and decided it isn't worth the trouble for $4... Especially because I also ordered The Dark Knight & Hairspray..
