need help configuring PSP + PS3 - Blu-ray Forum

just got a PSP 3004, and some things I still can't manage :
- I put the PSP online, can download update and radio players, but when I want to use remote play, the PS3 is not detected, but it's paired (the PS3 name appears on the PSP and the other way too) ; I can copy files from the PS3 to the PSP but not the reverse when the USB cable is plugged, but not through internet. I'd really like to have the PSP on the internet and go to a friend's and access my PS3 files on his TV ...

Copying or Moving files can only be achieved over USB, Remote Play is streaming only.

USB copying from PSP to PS3:

On your PS3 access the media category for what you're looking for (Music, Video etc) highlight the PSP icon and either press

if your media is sorted into the correct folders or

and Display All if not.

To get internet remote play working you may have to change some router settings at the PS3 and/or PSP end but I don't know where you should start.

managed to do it, thanks anyway
still don't understand why we can't connect to internet with a cable (in France not much people use Wifi)
