Default Killjoys (2015) - Season 1 (SyFy series)

TVShowsonDVD is reporting that at least one of SyFy's new 2015 sci-fi series is coming to BD on May 10th, 2016, roughly a month after The Expanse does. The other one, Dark Matter has yet to receive any news.

I didn't catch this when it aired on SyFy, so I'll definitely be picking this up.

Watched episode one of this on-demand and wasn't thrilled with it, but for the right price I'll get it since I collect sci-fi and want to support Syfy making actual sci-fi.

I'll definitely pick this up. It seems that all of the recent SyFy shows that are produced by Universal are getting BD releases, which is great.

I'm also hoping for a Dark Matter blu-ray release.

I'll be picking this up, I loved the show
That being said, I enjoyed Dark Matter much more and I think it had higher ratings too.
SyFy, give us a release date for Dark Matter

The first few/several episodes had some nice moments but seemed a little lacking but these episodes set up some things for latter and are more about world building. I thought the ending was pretty good; it expanded upon some things we saw in earlier episodes and left quite a few unanswered questions.

I completely agree about supporting sci-fi.

I thought this show was fun although my main reason I'm glad it's coming to bluray is that maybe it means Dark Matter is coming. Which I really loved.

I don't really see how this and Dark Matter got compared so much when they were on air, they're just both set in space. I personally liked Killjoys more, had more character and world building and didn't feel so claustrophobic as Dark Matter (since it was like the whole show took place in different corners of a warehouse lol) so I'm glad it got a BD release, you can never really tell when it comes to Universal lol

Dark Matters would be nice too but I'd probably never rewatch that one.

watched Dark Matter and Killjoys, and DM was eaiser to get in and got stale fast, while KJ was difficult in the beginning and grew up better. DM's confinement made the "world" very limited, as KJ had their world building. Will surely buy KJ when available in France

Probably 5 or 6 months away, previous seasons were released April/May.
