To have 50 in that list at all makes it a joke, and to have Nelly ALSO in there? I mean come on.

Why were you even lookin' at VH1's list?! They should be judging hip hop as much as i should be trying to build a rocket ship!

Well I cant give you a whole line up right now, but if I were going to put bad artists in the line up because they made a lot of money...then I would place them at the bottom

Pete Rock and CL Smooth at 90!? TROY is one of the most classic hip hop songs ever.

Some of the song belong on the list and some don't.The biggest problem I see is the order the songs are in. I agree that Pete Rock and C.L. Smoth should be better than #90.

Biz Markie???? Get The F*ck outta here! Are u serious???

I enjoy some Kanye but to have him above Nas, and Eric B and Rakim? Now that is just absurd.

Damn it...link is blocked by my work. Can someone post the list? I saw the 100-80 last night. While I didn't agree with their ranking so much, it was awesome to hear some of the recoprds I forgot about. Hearing EPMD's You Gotsta Chill was awesome!

The beat sounds familiar.

Since you seem to know your Rap, back in the 80's there was a song that talked about rats. I have no idea who it is but it was out about the same time as big daddy kane. Any idea what that is?

Strictly Business is one great album, that what sucks about today...there are FEW groups (Little Brother, Binary Star, Dead Prez ETC..) and they all get slept on for this stupid finger snapping, club hopping bullshit.
