yamaha ns-777b vs kef iq9 - Blu-ray Forum

i no its a wierd comparison but i was down at my local hi-fi store today and heard the ns-777b for the price i was like

they sound pretty gud for$1000(AU) stupid question should i go with da ns-777b or wait till i save up another 1k(AU) for the kef iq9s?

I have a friend down here (yes belive it or not i have friends)and he's buying the same kef speakers.

This gentleman knows his stuff and been though a lot of speakers. . I've never heard kef speakers for myself.

This is the same gentleman that turned me on to Mirage.So if he's buying these speakers then i say go for kef
