KEF KHT1005.2 speakers - Blu-ray Forum

Anybody have these KEF KHT1005.2 BK 5.1 speakers. I was searching on line and found a great deal from 6ave.com. its Denon AVR-1909 A/V Receiver & Kef KHT1005.2 Satellite Speaker System all for $998. i know denon makes a good avr but really dont hear much about kef

iceman has KEF all the way around. Not same as the ones your asking about, but they are really good speakers. Compare the specs with anything else your contemplating.

looks like a draw back could be the subwoofer you get in this system. Here is the specs directly from the KEF site. The sub is an 8 inch woofer, and frequency is rated starting at 38 hz. All though you really can't hear these really low frequencies, you'll miss out on the ultra low bass you could "feel" with a 12 inch woofer.
