Ok…guys next week is probably the biggest week in terms of new and catalog releases in the history of the Blu-ray format. The anticipation is building, and it should be fun to know what everybody is planning to buy. I will start it off with my own purchases for the week: Indiana Jones and the KCS, The Ultimate Matrix Collection, American Gangster, Eastern Promises, and Mongol. There are others I want, but they will have to wait.

I'm just getting Constantine (already ordered off Amazon) and waiting a bit for American Gangster... then waiting even longer for The Matrix individual releases.

Pre-Ordered the Gangster gift set and Constatine. I'm hoping Amazon lowers their price on the Matrix, but I'll probably budge. As for Indiana Jones, I'm a bit miffed they didn't release the first three because I've never seen them,so no.

Just Indy for me. Kinda bummed the Crystal Skull gift set isn't available with the blu-ray though.

Run, don't walk to nearest store and BUY THEM NOW! Back to question: I'm buying Indy 4 and going to wait a bit on American Gangster and Matrix.

I do plan to purchase Constantine in the future and I have the Matrix Trilogy on preorder from the UK (I don't want all the extra crap included in this week's release).

I've only recently started watching movies hardcore (probably when I got my ps3 in January) and I don't want to waste money upgrading when they come out on Blu later. I already have about 20 that need upgraded.

How is this the biggest week? It is headlined by the most disapointing movie of the summer and an overpriced catalog box set that has already been released in HD. Last week was much much bigger with Iron man and the Ultimate Comedy box set.

I will however be buying Indy 4 Tuesday and the matrix trilogy as soon as it gets below 60 bucks on Ebay.

I am for sure getting Indy 4, I want to get the Matrix box set but I don't have the money and I want to see some reviews on the PQ and SQ because it is Warner.

Everyone has a different opinion, and maybe I exagerated a bit

.However, the The Matrix Trilogy on its own is a huge release (price is a separate issue). There is just a great selection for the week, much more so than ever before.
