Agreed but I am very happy to see that barely known independent movies are coming to HD. IMO that's a good sign for a lot of movies turning up on HD DVD/BD, not just the big Hollywood flicks.

Yeah i think that they see this as an oppurtunity to gain attention because there arn't going to be many offerings and so anyone who has one will be instantly recognized. IE some good pr.

Sounds like they're coming out with some uncut Sonny Chiba films in the future. That's pretty cool.

yeah. As a small studio this a great idea to promote yourself and get your content bought because people are hungry and will buy just about anything at this point.
