These are good test sounds. However, people should be careful to turn the volume down so that they do not do any damage to the subwoofer driver. In A Guide to Subwoofers thread, there are links to movies with good bass sound that can test your subwoofer. I put this link there. They are at the end of the original post. Thank you for the info.

i need to find a way to get these on some other media to play on my system.

If you have a laptop go to radio shack and get a "y cord" one end red and white into male headphone jack.

I don't see the point of a file that just does miscellanoues sub-20Hz stuff.
You're better off getting a disc of test tones, that will allow you to see the real performance of your sub.

When I send a 12Hz test tone to my sub, I can see it hits the limits of its excursion (2") with much more usable output than the 10Hz test tone.

At 15Hz and 16Hz it has begun to come into its element with fantastic output, which I guess is inline with most reviews I've read that state it can hit 15Hz at -3dB.

Almost all of these tracks are from Bass 305 Bass America and Techno Bass 305

then they have the nerve to call them THX testers THX audio tests don't hit like these tracks

Any ways nice testers
