Apparently Im suspended, but no idea why. Went onto the playstation boards and it seems a lot of people are being suspended for no apparent reason, although it seems to be HOME related. I dont see how this can be. I have not used home in atleast a week. |

The only course of action ive seen so far is to email sony's PSN support, so I did. Got an auto-response email saying they'll get back to me in 2 business days. If its NOT fixed in 2 days Ill definitely think long and hard before ever buying DLC/PSN games ever again. This is total F-ing BS. Its an epidemic and Sony needs to get their act together ASAP. |

If you think that glitch is nice wait until you change your PSN password and all your saved games become locked "cannot load saved game, data belongs to another user", it also wipes out all your trophies.
After spending 1 week on phone calls with PS customer service I gave up, reformatted my system, sold it and never looked back. They deny there is any issue despite the 30+ page thread on the PS website of people with the same problem.... |

I repeatedly asked to be informed as to why it was suspended but she said "there is no way for us to know that information" and when I asked if she could transfer me to someone who would know she said "no" (which is insane, if its a suspension SOMEONE has to know why) She didnt even ask me for my email or anything. So no help there so far....and the email I sent to psn_account-support@playstation...... hasnt been answered yet. |

UPDATE:
I'm hearing from people that this is only a three day (three business days) ban by Sony. After that, all should be good. Until then you can create a new profile and play on that one. At least this didn't take away my downloaded games. I'd FREAK out. I'm still looking for a number to call, people, if you could help. |

they said i was on a one month ban and it wont be lifted until Jan 23rd and once a ban is set in place it cannot be lifted.

30 day ban? I hope mines not that long...im calling again right now
Sony needs to get on top of this fast.....a lot of people are very pissed off it seems. UPDATE: 2 more days...... well atleast its not 20+..... Max, any idea why Sony is giving out bans like its candy? This is extremely frustrating, especially when they dont tell you how long/why!! Its definitely home related, but what could be the cause? The majority of people ive heard from have barely used home, and most (like me) never said anything offensive to anyone. Im seriously this close from telling all my friends to avoid home like the plague. Its been bad enough with all the delays, and the lack of content, but I was always optimistic. Not anymore. Why would anyone use a program where they had out bans for no good reason??? |
