Error Code 80029780

Has anyone recieved this error as well? I de-activated my account for just 5 minutes to see what would happen. I could not play most of my PSN games or some just reverted back to demo mode. When I tried to re-activate my account I kept getting error code 80029780. I am currently on my 5th/last activation so it should still be working but I have tried to 4 days now and I get the same error. What made it worse, I thought I would be smart and delete my user account and start a new one and sign in with my account. Not realizing that I had deleted all my game saves. Arrrrrghhh!!!!!! I spent countless hours on most of my games and I would really hate to do it all over again for hard games like Killzone 2. I have started a new account and now I have to buy all my PSN games and DLC again ($200 worth). This totally blows and I wish Sony didn't have this activation thing. Stupid.
