Default Failed blu-ray burn--Error code: 0xeb020b88

Hello,

I just bought the LG BE06LU11 external blu-ray burner for a PC. I am running Windows XP on a Dell machine. I burned 5 blu-ray discs fine that held data, music, and files. By the way, I'm using the Panasonic 50GB blu-ray BD-RDL discs, part number LM-BR50WU5.

The problem occurs when I try to burn high definition video files that get as big as 10GB. I chose UDF 2.6 in the Power2Go burning software options. Both times, I get the error code 0xeb020b88, and they failed the burn. Can anyone give me any help or tips?

The first time I did the high def. video burn, it said this: "The disc will be formatted as POW mode first. Do you want to continue?" I said yes, and it failed the burn. I have no idea what this means???

The second time I did the high def. video burn, it ran for a longer period of time, but still failed the burn. Also, I did not get that message about formatting the POW mode this time around.

Then I tried using the Power2Go Express version of the software. As far as I can tell, I could not tell this software version that I wanted it to use UDF 2.6, so I just added the files, and then I got this: "Burning an ISO image to POW disc may occur error if the ISO image is not from a POW disc. Do you want to continue?" I hit NO and did not try this burn. I have no idea what this means???

Thanks in advance,
Seteeet
