If they did manage to sublicense these from Warner, then there are BIG opportunities here...

I'm very happy to see these released, although I'd only buythem if the music scores are isolated on an audio track. Scream usually doesn't do that, but if Cohen is directly involved, it's an outside possibility.

Only seen the first one... and it is not a good movie. Some fun schlock but not sure if it warrants a purchase for me. Will depend on if it gets a good sale down the road

About friggin' time!

The absolute lack of the It's Alive movies on blu-ray was one of the biggest omissions on the format, so them finally coming out puts an end to this saga.

After the Hell Night kerfuffle, it doesn't surprise me.

I borrowed a friends DVD of the 1st movie and watched it just a few weeks ago. I don’t think I had ever seen it.

When I returned we talked about why this doesn’t have a nice blu release, along with the sequels ( I almost bought the double dvd of those just to watch them, glad I held off )

So I’m pretty stoked about this.

Bring them on .. that third movie looks like pure gold

I've never seen the third film in it's entirety so this should be a real treat. The sequel is supposed to be more of a remake, isn't it?

I love the first film. It's a situation played out like a cartoon- baby attacks doctor, baby attacks milkman, etc- played totally straight. Tons of fun. Are the other two films as tongue in cheek as the first one? I wouldn't be interested if they were just straight monster movies. Cohen directed all three?

They're all great fun, with Larry at the helm of all three. One of a very few instances where the sequels are just as good as the original. This is excellent news. I'll finally be able to ditch my triple-feature DVD.

Never seen any of these but always been curious about them. My parents actually saw the first film in the theater in 1974. I'll have to tell my mom that "killer baby movie" is coming to Blu-ray.

Plus the score for the first film is by the legendary Herr Herrmann!

The first two films are fantastic IMO, these are the two movies that got me into John P. Ryan. The third one is not that good IMO, not that scary and more on the humorous side. The hospital scenes in the beginning of part 2 were shot at St Josephs Hospital in Tucson Arizona, I used to live in an apartment complex right across the street (not in '78 of course). I hope there's some really good extras with this set. Really looking forward to this!
