SONY KDL-40V4100 Best set up

I just bought a sony KDL-40V4100, sony blu ray player bdp s550 and bose lifestyle v20 (given as a present for xmas I know how much you guys dislike bose products but it was free) I need some help setting up the whole thing

tv
picture settings

blu ray
audio and picture settings

v20
audio
picture settings

I got all my cables from monoprice

Keep in mind, every t.v./room is different but i would probably take the picture up to 85 and drop the brightness anywhere between 45-47 to get a little better black level performance.

p.s. Roy is better
