I haven't seen Mamma Mia but it can't be any worse than Hairspray. I shut it off.

Hairspray. Mamma Mia kind of gets old after a while and the Meryl is a miscast, but the movie is fun to watch. I'd stay with Hairspray, it has a good story and it has some replay value. i found hairspray more fun.(plus the blu ray quality on both is great)

Definitely Mamma Mia.

I'd give Mamma Mia 10/10 and Hairspray 7/10. I have them both on Blu.

Have to say Hairspray, at least the cast could sing and dance... my god pearse brosnan and colin firth should never ever ever be allowed to sing on film again.. brosnan looked like he was in constant pain and firth sounded like he was a cat on who's tail a very large wieght had been dropped

Hairspray. I have no want nor need to ever watch Mamma Mia.

Plus, you get to see Amanda Bynes sucking on a lollipop during the whole movie which is a plus.

I like hairspray better because of nice young casts
Mamma Mia is great because of the older casts

I'm voting for Hairspray because I'm young

but both are great

While I like both, 'Hairspray' has better music, better story, and is a better movie. IMO

Now, if and when 'Wicked' comes to Blu-ray, get it

BTW: Pierce Brosnan = hilarious to watch "sing"
