The second season hasn't been a good as the first, but I'm still interested in the show.

The idea of a new cast turning the Lethal Weapon movies into a series sounded like a terrible idea. I couldn't imagine anyone else in those roles, but after seeing the show, I loved it. I think it sounds odd to not watch a show because they change one actor who wasn't even the original actor in that role to begin with.

If they keep it going, I'll give it a chance. Wayans is my favorite part of the show anyway. I wouldn't mind a new take on Leo Getz either. I usually love Tom Lennon, but so far not in this.

How bad does a guy have to be to get this show canceled? Nothing I've read so far sounds that bad. There has to be more to the story.

Crawford himself still doesn't even know if he's fired or not. Both the network and studio have kept him completely in the dark.

^^^ If nothing really has been said to him, then in my opinion, they are only digging their own hole. If he is fired, just tell him already so that he can go look for new work.

I'm a huge fan of the original movies. The first one is one of my absolute favorite. And I never thought that the series could do it justice. But man, was I wrong. And that's also thanks to Damon Wayans and especially Clayne Crawford. He's on fire as Riggs!

Warner Bros. TV and FOX have already dug their own hole, if they think they can go on without Crawford as Riggs. And in case they would like to go on with a completely new character... well, then it's not Lethal Weapon anymore. Which leads me to one possible conclusion: if he's gone, I'm gone.

If they are going to get rid of him then they should just cancel the entire show all together. Why are they firing them again?

There was a big stink not long ago that he was having issues with other cast and crew.

I thought the second season was great, especially as it started exploring Riggs's past and getting into the stuff with his dad. Would hate to see it end but if by some miracle they keep it with Clayne, I wonder how much bad blood there will be from the way they've apparently treated him. Like, at this point, I wonder if he'd even want to stay and have the same amount of enthusiasm for the show/role after what they've put him through, or if they could find some way to bury the hatchet and start fresh.

I don’t see the problem if he felt the environment was unsafe then he had a right to complain and he has taken responsibility on the few worker getting hurt but it’s clear they was following safety rules. I just don’t see what the studios deal is he isn’t doing anything wrong.

Lethal Weapon gets a third season... without Clayne Crawford or Martin Riggs. Seann William Scott signed on to replace Crawford and as a new character to replace Riggs.

How can you be fine with the second actor to portray the character but not want to give a chance to the third?

Bring on season 3. I'll check it out.
