Something I haven’t seen mentioned much which I find cool is that the first section of Solo happens right around about the same time the opening section of Rogue One happens. Then the majority of Rogue One obviously happens much later than most of Solo. So this means technically speaking the order goes like this:

19BBY Revenge of the Sith
13BBY Solo/Rogue One (prologue scenes)
10BBY most of Solo
0BBY most of Rogue One
0BBY A New Hope

Well the towards the end when @@@@@ appears confused me which is why I asked

His return happens in the Clone Wars animated series (set between Episodes II and III). He also appears in the Rebels animated series (set between Solo and Rogue One).

Solo has really given me an appetite for a follow up with Lando as the focus.

Something along the lines of a Harry Lime type scam (the pre Vienna Harry. Not the callous poisoner we meet in Third Man.) which ultimately leads to Calrissian being installed on Cloud City.

We could learn what Han "pulled" and which he hopes Lando has forgotten all about.

Guilty as charged. I just wasn't ready for another SW movie in the theater when Solo came out. I didn't bad mouth the movie though. Also, the idea of a Han origin story didn't appeal to me since Han is my favorite character. Regardless, enjoyed it on disc.

It's amazing how much Star Wars fans can differ, because the idea of a Han origin story appealed to me from day one because he's my favorite character. A movie all about a pre-Rebel Alliance Han and Chewie was literally the Star Wars spin-off movie I had always wanted to see, especially after reading the awesome Han Solo Adventures trilogy by Brian Daley in the early-90s.

I guess for me, i remembered seeing a new hope in the theater, so i made up all my own early han stories. At the end of the day i didnt really care if they made the movie. Heck, i liked it overall as it had great energy. A few quips but hey what doesn't?

Han Solo deserves another sequel with a bigger bad guy, possibly Jabba The Hutt and Darth Maul working together & a little bit of Darth Vader thrown in.

A prequel to The Force Awakens with an older Han & Chewie adventure movie with flashback sequences of adventures in their younger days could possibly make for a fun and interesting movie.

My friend and I both agree it would be kickass to see Prince Xizor and the Black Sun Syndicate play a role in a Solo sequel. One can dream.

Are you referring to what Lando says to Han in Empire Strikes Back?
"You've got alot of nerve coming here after the stunt you pulled".

Because if you are then we dont need to learn it, we already know. The stunt Lando is talking about is
[Show spoiler]Han cheating at Sabacc to win the falcon.
Which we see in Solo.

If your comment is nothing to do with what iv just said then obviously disregard my comment

Except Han didn't cheat him. He just prevented Lando from cheating him, again.Han could have used the card that he secretly swiped from Lando. But he didn't. In fact he showed him how he'd taken it from him. You usually don't get to keep your winnings if you admit at the table that you cheated. Which Han didn't.

Anyway. Whatever it was that Han pulled and the question of the Falcon's ownership are made out to be two separate issues in that conversation on Bespin.

Well even if Han was only stopping Lando from doing the same trick, Lando could still possibly see that as Han pulling a stunt on him. But if the conversation in Empire is 2 seperate things then i guess that's irrelevant anyway.

Yeah thinking about it more now you may be correct that it is 2 different conversations. I was originally thinking that after Lando says "You've got a lot of nerve coming here after the stunt you pulled", that Hans responce is "Hey i won her fair and square".

But thinking about it now i think there's more said in between those 2 lines. Something like...

Lando: You've got a lot of nerve coming here after the stunt you pulled.

(then possibly Lando changes the conversation)
Lando: You been taking care of my ship?

Han: Your ship? Hey i won her fair and square.

He was definitely great, would love to see a movie with him in a bigger role.

That would be kind of awesome but unfortunately this is Disney so it couldn't be an R-rated movie, which I think is definitely what a Lando movie would deserve!

That’s what I’m confused about I don’t watch those so does he appearance in solo mean you have to watch those two shows?

Since he has no impact on the events of Solo, only appearing at the end, and we won't be getting a Solo sequel, I'd say no, you don't have to. The shows haven't affected the movies in any other way, except for a few very minor Easter eggs in Solo and Rogue One. So if the shows don't appeal to you, you can skip them. If you just want to know about that one character, you can read a synopsis online, or watch a YouTube "explained" vid. Some of the circumstances surrounding his return play better on screen than just reading about them, so if you have Netflix, I'd recommend looking up the episode numbers and just watching those. (For Clone Wars; Rebels is set after Solo and is therefore less relevant.)

Is this a two-disc set or one?

The review says two discs, but the link to Amazon says it's only one disc.

One disc for the movie and another for special features.
