problem with tv - Blu-ray Forum

tv Sony grand wega kdf46e2000

i bought this tv 2 years ago and the lamp went out about 2 weeks ago so i replaced it with a new one.but now there are lines going down the screen but they are only noticed during light colored scenes like clouds and smoke.whats wrong with the tv? is there anything i could do to fix it

have you tried to adjust the picture settings?

...who installed the new lamp? if a service technician did, he should of at least made sure it was working properly before he left.
