I plan on upgrading my PS3 HD - Blu-ray Forum

I plan on upgrading my PS3 HD, what should i know before doing so ? I might get a 250 or 320 Gb HD. Is it complicated to do ? Will i loose my save files,profile etc. ?

I am gonna put my save files on my USB Key. Is there other stuff i need to put on my USB Key ?

Do i need a need a 5400 or 7200 rpm hd ? A Sata 2 ? Samsung, Seagate or Western Digital ?

Sata 2.5" Basically a laptop hard drive. Brand and speed are basically boil down to preference.
