PS3 resume play back for The Game Plan movie

The resume play for The Game Plan movie in my PS3(updated the latest firmware) is not working. If i press stop and then press play it starts from the AD .
I thought The Game plan is not BD-J enabled. Could you please confirm it.

Resume play is working fine with my other Blu-ray discs movies.
(Casino Royale,Simpson Movie,Spider man 3).

Edit : I just checked the Tech specs, it says D-box enhanced. Is that mean it is BD-J enabled?

I think I read somewhere that the resume play will only work for profile 1.0 discs and sd-dvds only so far.

Just because the title doesn't look like it has BD-J doesn't mean it doesn't. Some of the movies run BD-J in the background for the basic stuff and it still qualifies as BD-J. And that means Resume Play won't work.

D-Box is a motion ride add-on. Nice if you have the money.

Eventually the studios will put to good use the Bookmarking function on BD-J titles which will work like Resume Play.

I was just watching I-Robot to check out the DTS MA besides sounding awesome I noticed the resume play did not work. If I hit stop the XMB would come up and when I restarted it starts at the menu. Is there any way to tell in advance if the disk will not resume so I can save myself a hassle?
