Looks like a really nice lot of speakers there. As you're using the PS3 as a Blu-ray player, you'll be able to send the high def audio codecs (DTS MA/Dolby True HD) via HDMI using the Multi Channel Linear PCM in your PS3's audio settings.
Also, the reviews on the site seem very positive. Go for it!! |

It's for your bedroom! Sweet Jebus! this is a 7.2 system. How big is your bedroom? You should have the towers left and right of the TV. Centre speaker above or below the screen. The left and right surrounds to your immediate left and right (where you will be seated) and the rear surrounds behind you to the left and right. Subs can go in the corner out the way.
All speakers should be mounted at about head height. I think this system will blow your walls down! Have fun. ![]() |

For $1,100 you could get an AVR, and a decent L/R/C setup.... but if you want it "All Now" this system will certainly provide audio, just depends on whether you're trying to build a system that is upgradeable over time, or if you don't mind basically starting from scratch when the upgradeitis sets in.

You sure this does audio over HDMI? I found nothing on tha tsite that said it did. You don;t need it to process audio, just pass it over HDMI.
Site says: Full HD 1080p Video Output via HDMI HDMI Repeater And I agree with Beta man. I think you can do better for that price. |

Anyway, another +1 on doing something else for the price. Package deals are tempting because basically... you're done, but there's better out there. |
