She just come off to me as whiny complainer even in the alien interviews she did.

My point is she annoys me. Just Say her name and I hear her crying from the alien movie.

Probably my favourite as well. That and the 80's.

1980-87 was the last great period for me. I don’t like the 1990’s or beyond.

Plus, Godfather I and II. And Star Wars

She’s an absolute hoot in The Witches of Eastwick...

Apart from excessive whining and crying on film, I’ve seen three (?) different films in which the character she plays suffers a broken leg.

Finally watched the SF release this morning, and the transfer is even better than the UK Arrow release (which already looked very good). Loved how Brooke Adams could still do "that thing with your eyes" in her new interview. What a great film.

If you haven’t picked up this title yet then you better get a copy now. On their website, Shout Factory has announced that this is going OOP.

Default Scream Factory BLU is going OOP

Hoping whoever gets 1978’s Invasion of the Body Snatchers can finally restore the original opening United Artists logo.

I thought the Shout release already had the original UA logo.

Glad I picked up a copy of this last year with the slipcover for a reasonable $27 from another forum member. I already had the UK Arrow release, but since they each have their own set of extras, it's worth it to have them both.

I was able to pick one up with Shout's latest sale this past weekend. I have the UK Blu-ray but I wanted this one for the extras.

The transfer also beats the Arrow so that's an added bonus. The SF edition was a new remaster.

You're going to want it for the superior transfer, too.

That's why I passed on the Arrow, a rarity, and got the Shout version instead.

I have both versions to have the full array of extras. Managed to pick up the SF release last year for about $27 from another forum member, and it came with a nice-condition slip.

I like having steelbooks when they have the original key art, so I've one, along with a spare, of the Arrow release.

However a better transfer trumps any packaging so the SF was a must too.Since the SF also comes with original key art on the reverse side, I never even bothered using the steelbook case at all.

In any case, I'm extremely happy with the SF. I could have lived with the Arrow, but it's great to see a finer all around presentation realized for an old favorite.
