I picked this release up a couple of months back (Having had the DVD for years) an absolute Classic! some of John Hughes' finest direction and some great scenes with Broderick

I really need to dust this off some time soon

Just a pity that it lacks the Hughes commentary. That's why I still own the first DVD release

Possibly the laziest piece of design work since someone decided edit John Cusack's leg for the Say Anything blu cover.

Personal Opinion, could never stand Ferris Bueller, as a character.
Just found him nothing more than an repugnant amoral narcissist.

The older I get the more I wish someone had wrung the little gits neck.

It was Only Matthew Broderick’s natural charm, that gave the character any form of likeability.

Mind you , being a natural introvert, who finds extroverts annoying, probably influences my opinion, a little. LOL.

I have to watch it again soon. It's one of my favorite movies.
I never had that feeling towards his character though, because he doesn't really do anything wrong that hurts anyone else (other than maybe his education).
Even as I am a hater for double standards, it still doesn't bother me.

As much as I love Bueller, I hope not. Not yet at least. Although we're getting PiP, we still need Some Kind of Wonderful before they get around to recycling the extant Hughes films, even if they are remasters.
