Warner Orders - Blu-ray Forum

Anybody else having issues with getting their orders to ship from warner? I placed one back on the 12th, and then a different order on the 16th, both of which still say in process. Called customer service, and they told me exactly what I could see online and didn't give a shipping date. I know I saw a lot of people ordered through Warner on the buy a thon and on other dates, so for those that have, have you had your order ship yet?

I added a couple of Oct 2 preorders to the other disks I ordered. I suspect, though cannot provide proof, that Warner's may be waiting to ship out the whole order once the preorders become available. That's the problem with free shipping--it's up to them as to when they ship your stuff. Amazon will often hold up an order until all items are on hand before they ship. I'm still waiting for Casino Royale because I ordered it with a book not yet in stock.

What is the URL to check shipping status? I'm going to that 3rd party site they provide in the confirmation email but that appears to be only a receipt. I don't see any way to check ship status.

im having the same problems, and my only preorders were troy and we are marshall. I havent heard anything since my order and that 3rd party site does not have shipping status. I hate to cancel a blu-ray order from WB, but come on!!!

Warner titles that were supposed to be on shelf in retail store on september 18 are not available at all in Canada. i.e. (Amazon.ca, Best Buy,Future Shop, MetroVideo etc...)

There is something very wrong about that.

I think everyone who have ordered in the past few weeks haven't received their orders.

I ordered back on 9/5, and still nothing.

Just order them from amazon.com. Their service to Canada is great.

Warner just went through a System upgrade.

I believe it's going to take Warner some time to catch up with all their orders. How much time, I don't know. Hopefully soon.

Personally I can wait I'm in no rush. There are plenty of Blu-rays to watch and other things to do.

Amazon gives you a choice. Before you order, they ask if you want to group your orders into less shipments. If you say yes, they will wait....if you say no and select the other option, you will get them as they become available.

Just spoke to Warner Customer Service and my order STILL has not shipped

WTF!!! I am seriously considering canceling my order as I just saw Troy, Alexander, and Smallville at my local BB store!!!!

Has anyone received any new info. as to what the hell is going on?

I wonder if they are pulling an Amazon.com. Meaning that they ship to those who paid full price first. Kind of like how Amazon waits to ship to those who don't have Amazon Prime.

Your are probably right. I am going to end up upgrading to Amazon Prime very soon, because I am tired of waiting a few days longer than my own brother to receive th same exact shipments.

I ordered 3 movies back on 9/5/07 still nothing. I called customer service yesterday and they told me that the back log because of the systme upgrade should be cleared up and I should receive my movies in the next 7 to 10 days.

Yeah...I was told the same thing too when I called....I ordered on 9/5 as well....are you going to stick with it or cancel? I have Amazon Prime so it might be worth the few extra bucks.

I cancled my order and went to best buy and picked up what I had ordered through them. Who knows if my cancelation will actually go through though as I still haven't received an email saying they have canceled it. Oh well, I'll just send them back if they ever do get around to shipping it.

My BB discount came to be 5 bucks cheaper since there wasn't shipping. I used the 25% discount on my Warner order btw.
