Question X-Men Origins Wolverine - Easy Questions about Walmart's 3-disc edition

Help me please, someone who has opened & used the extra discs in Walmart's Blu-ray edition:

1. Does the DVD included have the special features on it, or does the DVD only have the movie?

2. Also, I've never seen or used a Digital Copy; does this edition's have special features included on it?

My PS3's in storage and I want to know if opening this Wolverine Blu-ray I bought (last one on my Walmart's shelf) would mean waiting awhile until I could see the deleted scenes etc., or if I'd get to see them on my computer or regular dvd player.

I've already watched the film multiple times and am anxious to see the alternate scenes & featurettes, especially the one with Stan Lee. So, I hesitate to unseal it because I'm months away from getting my PS3 set back up, and I could use the cashback of returning Wolverine now if all I could watch is the film itself.

Been monitoring mutiple message-boards for days without response...is it any wonder I'm cynical.

You could be my superhero! Thanks ahead!

1. The DVD does not have any special features on it outside of the trailers and I think one other thing.

2. I have never used a digital copy either, but to my knowledge they only are the movie and that's it. Anyone can correct me if I am wrong.

I appreciate you killowertz, but someone else please, I am looking for more solid information on both questions.

As said above, Digital Copy contains only the feature film (no special features).

What scene with Stan Lee? Don't forget to use "Spoiler" tags.

There are about 3 deleted scenes and the alternate ending and as far as I know there isn't any with Stan Lee...

Default Stan Lee on Blu-ray

A featurette on the Blu-ray disc (as well as on disc 1 of the DVD-only "2-disc Special Edition") is "The Roots of 'Wolverine': A Conversation with Stan Lee and Len Wein".

I personally love interviews with comic book creators when they also show a lot of comic artwork; it's my favorite type of special feature, bar none.

If someone who has played their DVD out of their "Ultimate 3-Disc" Walmart Blu-Ray edition could please let me know for sure here what ALL special features are on there, I'll be able to decide if I need to refund my purchase.

Moefiz, I can't tell if you're saying "this stuff is on the 3-disc's DVD" or were just thrown off by the Stan Lee comment...sorry.

doctorD, no spoiler tags necessary I think; thanks.

seigneur_rayden, thanks for the confirmation; I wasn't counting on much help from the Digital Copy, but wanted to be sure. Still holding out hope for the DVD...

A big reason I'm trying to track down this answer is that there is a post on another message board (Toon Zone Forum) where a purchaser says his Walmart 3-disc DVD is the same as the 2-disc DVD with all the special features. But, he's in Canada, so I can't be sure the U.S. version is the same (but that's what I'm hoping).

Walmart.com's "questions & answers" has been complete fail for many days.

Default completed my quest

My hero came forth on another message board (DVD Talk):

"The only extra features on this disc is a featurette called Wolverine Unleashed: The Complete Origins, an Anti-Smoking PSA, and trailers. That is it. All the special features for this set is on the Blu-ray."

(So it's the regular DVD then. Lucky Canada!)

Their No-Prize has been awarded and I'll be returning my unopened 3-Disc to Walmart tonight. Black Friday will have come and gone by the time I have my PS3 hooked back up, so I'll watch for a cheaper Blu-ray price then.

Thanks again to all who helped out or posted.
