Just got a new subwoofer!!!!!!

I just got a new klipsch synergy 12 sub for 400 bucks and boy does it rock however does anyone know how to set the phase crossover etc im lost

Congratulations on your new subwoofer! I would set the crossover in your receiver to 80 or 120hz and turn the crossover on your subwoofer all the way up. 120hz may be too high for your taste so it would be up to you if you'd prefer 80hz or 120hz. Also, have you done the subwoofer crawl (where you move the subwoofer to your seating position and walk around the room to find the spot that sounds best)? Also, you may benefit from a subwoofer riser. Do make sure once you place your subwoofer to run your auto-calibration system in your receiver. It is also a good idea to purchase a digital SPL meter from Radioshack (or eBay). That way you can verify everything is calibrated exactly to 75dB in your seating position.

Read A Guide to Subwoofers and A Guide to Bass Management. Placement, crossover settings, phase settings, etc. are explained in those threads.

I have the same sub, got it on clearence at BB for $277

sounds good , hits low and gets pretty loud.. My crossover is @ 80 hz and my phase is at 0 ..
