Default DVD PLAY For HP Help

I have hooked up my PC to both my monitor and my LG Tv (set as dual monitor with monitor as primary) When i try to play pirates of the carribean i get a copyright error and it stops running. If i play it on monitor or TV seperately it works fine. Is this a software issue or blueray issue ?? Is there a way to cennect my pc to both and not have to switch setting every time?? This is a pain
