I guess I'll be the unique one here and say that I don't use any condiments or sauces for anything. The only possible exceptions are maple syrup for pancakes/waffles (which I rarely have because I don't like them much) and gravy for mashed potatoes.

Depends on what it's going on.

Sandwiches = Mayo

Hot Dogs = Mustard

French Fries = Ketchup

Steak = nothing if it's cooked right. If not then it's Heinz 57.

Fish = Tartar Sauce

Hamburgers = A little ketchup, a little mayo

I love A1 Steak Sauce!

I also like to put this on my roast pig (lechon if you've went to the Philippines):

Mmm.

Fries: Ketchup

Steak: Nothing, but you have to drink it with an alcoholic beverage of sorts, if done right, red wine, if not, well... beer will do in a pinch. Hell, marinading it overnight in red wine really hits the spot... f**k I'm getting hungry...

Hotdogs: Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, BBQ sauce, cheese, and crushed potato chips.

Burgers I like mayo, mustard, and ketsup OR nothing at all

Sandwiches is usually Nathan's mustard and/or a little mayo

Fish is usually nothing but a bit of lemon juice and Old Bay

Steak is only salt & pepper

Fries is ketsup and Wendy's chili sauce

Brats and sausages is usually only Nathan's mustard

No, not too bad-but it has incredible flavor, which is why I like it on eggs, hash-browned potatoes, pizza!

Frank's has slightly more kick than Louisiana's but not so much that it overpowers what you put it on. But I'm the wrong person to be asking that question. I routinely eat "nuclear" hot wings, make a$$ burning salsa, and put habaneros on my pizza.
