I guess I'll be the unique one here and say that I don't use any condiments or sauces for anything. The only possible exceptions are maple syrup for pancakes/waffles (which I rarely have because I don't like them much) and gravy for mashed potatoes.

Fries: Ketchup
Steak: Nothing, but you have to drink it with an alcoholic beverage of sorts, if done right, red wine, if not, well... beer will do in a pinch. Hell, marinading it overnight in red wine really hits the spot... f**k I'm getting hungry... Hotdogs: Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, BBQ sauce, cheese, and crushed potato chips. Logan |

Frank's is actually a more than adequate replacement for Louisiana hot sauce. In fact I may buy a bottle after I finish my 64 oz. jug.

Frank's has slightly more kick than Louisiana's but not so much that it overpowers what you put it on. But I'm the wrong person to be asking that question. I routinely eat "nuclear" hot wings, make a$$ burning salsa, and put habaneros on my pizza.
