Can you transfer an exisitng PSN ID to another PS3? - Blu-ray Forum

Hey everyone,
I tried to search for this answer but either did enter the right search criteria or totally missed the post.

My Roommate will be getting a PS3 this weekend. He already created a user ID for the PSN on my PS3. When he sets up his new PS3 can/will he be able to transfer the information from my system on to his? He only has a a couple saved game data files on my system and I know we can back that up to a flash drive but I need to know about his actual user information and if it can be moved. Thanks in advance.

He just needs the email address and password he uses to log into his PSN account on your PS3 for that.

definitely you can transfer it. I am not sure if you got to deauthorise/deactive from account management as well
