huh. Didn't know people were looking forward to this. Doesn't seem like Dreamworks cared about it. It just sort of... appeared.

I'll pass. doesn't look that good imo.

I loved Lilo & Stitch, so this is a must watch. And the high rating at RT is also very promising.

I also don't dislike Dreamworks as much as some here.

Just finished watching it, I was suprised at how good it actually was. I thought it was going to be just ok going into it but I liked it a lot.

The last movies I saw were Alice in Wonderland and Avatar both in 3D. As I thought Avatar was amazing can't say this is near Avatar, but I liked it much more than Alice which I thought was just ok. The 3D was also better than Alice.

The reviews are very solid for this movie. I can't wait to see it for the very first time. Probably on Blu-ray.

I just watched it this afternoon.

Really good movie. I wasn't expecting much however the 3d was better than Alice and overall was a good idea for animation.

I recommend it if you liked Monsters vs Aliens.

This movie has had great promotion and Ive known about this film for a while now! I havnt seen it but from what I hear its probably Dreamworks best animated film. Got Em!!

Do you live under a rock? There has been a thousand commercials on tv for this movie! Also...there's this little movie called "Avatar" and "How To Train Your Dragon" was the BIGGEST trailer shown before this movie...IN 3D!!!! So...i'd say that you're in the minority for not hearing about this movie.

went to see the movie today at 900am in IMAX 3D and it is probably the best animation movie since UP...IMO....greart story well written...daughter was jumping out of her seat in parts.....awesome a must see....

Just saw it. Best animated movie I've seen in some time. I watched it in 2D (digital). Looked phenomenal

Highly recommend this film. I gave it 4/5 Stars.

Dreamworks has gained a LOT of ground on Pixar. Not saying they are in Pixar's league (yet) but I have to say, they are slowly building a respectable catalog of films with Shrek, Madagascar, Over the Hedge, Kung Fu Panda, and now How to Train Your Dragon.

The only problem is they lack the consistency that Pixar has had. For every Shrek there is a Shark's Tale. It's almost like 2 good basketball teams but one of them has a better/deeper bench than that the other. I'd say Dreamworks "A" team is really good. However their is a much steeper drop off when you get their "B" and "C" teams compared to Pixar.

Great story. Good dialog. Good wholesome message. GREAT voice work. Killer action sequences. Beautiful emotional flight sequences. Loveable quirky characters. Emotional moments that rival the best of Disney/Pixar films. (Yeah, I said that). Jaw, and I mean JAWDROPPING animation.

Toy Story 3 needs to be perfect, or there will be a close battle for the Oscar.

Very very close to perfect.

Same here, I had only seen the trailer once and didn't remember much from it so wasn't anticipating it at all. But with all the praise its getting, and personal endorsements from GreenScar and Squid, it definitely deserves a chance.

If you rent the Blu-ray, you will say "SH!T, I should have caught this at the theater."

If you see it and think it sucks, come back and abuse me. But this one just does not have any of those divisive elements that some flicks have. Its a plain old romping action flick with a load of other good qualities.
