monoprice shipping problems????

I bought some banana plugs and speaker cable from monoprice on saturday. i recived a tracking number on monday I checked the status and it said billing info recived. Toady is thursday and it still says billing info recived. I spoke to customer service at monoprice via chat and that told me not to worry the package shipped out monday and that sometimes ups forgets to scan the package.That makes no sense because ups scans each package arriving and departing each warehouse. I have a buddy that works for ups. I called him up and give him all my info and he told me that there is no way my package shipped out. anybody else have problems with monoprice???

This is not just an issue with Monoprice. I have had stuff out for delivery and it still shows that it is at the warehouse. Their tracking system is not always updated properly. I would trust Monoprice. They have had a great track record with me and getting items. I am in Boston and and they ship for CA and I get them within their window.

I have ordered many different items from Monoprice in the last two years. They have always delivered within 1 or 2 days, but I only live about 25 minutes away from them.

If the item is not out of stock, usually it is the fault of the carrier such as UPS, etc.

Monoprice shipping has been very reliable in my experience. UPS and USPS tracking numbers on the other hand are a different story entirely. I've had packages delivered to me with the tracking number still showing "billing information received".

Have had same thing happen with packages. I am sure everyone has. It isn't Monoprice doing anything wrong.

Actually trusting a "tracking number" from USPS is like banking on winning a million dollars in the lottery.
