Default sony S70 series and picasa support

Hi, I was just wondering if the sony BDP-S570 had Picasa support. The S270 i bought has great video support for streaming video and even some nice internet radio support. but for photos the only option is the local usb drive. I know the panny DMP-BD601k i moved to the bedroom has picasa support, and I think i read that the sony s570 had it. Chances are I'll never need it over local but I was still curious. thinking about exchanging my unit and upgrading to the S570 just to have all available features in that line, if i'm missing any. But i'll never be able to use 3d for a while as my tv upgrade wasn't a 3d ready one. Anyway Just curious and thanks.

Default Sony BDP-S570 and S370 do not support Picasa!! Confirmed by Sony Tech Support

I just confirmed with Sony Technical Support that Picasa is not available on the BDP-S370 and S570 as advertised. Seems that Sony has screwed the customer and is making it only available via Sony Internet TV/Google TV models.

I currently own the BDP-BX37(S370) and will be returning it to Costco. Sony and all other resellers state that Picasa is one of the apps, but it is not listed under the Photo menu, and has been removed from the Bravia Internet site. If someone from Sony or Google has more info, please post it here.

Has anyone Hd HDMI issues with their BDP-s570?

Today I tried the player in the living room on the panasonic plasma to see how it looked compared to the sony bravia tv in the bedroom.
Well, I noticed when I turned off the player the panasonic showed an error message stating: "an error has occurred and recovered" I don't get any hdmi errors from the panasonic player on either tv, or the sony player on the sony TV.

If anyone has any feedback please let me know. The player itself functions fine with the exception of an occasional netflix crash.
