Do'es anyone know if Morgan Creek are affiliated with the BDA?

There are some fantastic flims like The Good Sheppard, Last of The Mohicans and the Ace Ventura films that would be great on Blu Ray.

Morgan Creek is a production company, not a distributor. Hence, it depends on which studio is distributing a particular title. The Good Shepherd, for example, is an HD DVD exclusive, unfortunately, as a Universal release.

i am wondering if morgan creek is part of disney. by seeing this blu-ray trailer, disney uses the morgan creek theme song:

but I also remember that warner's the king and I was produced by morgan creek.
