Default PS3 Playback Question

Is there an option anywhere on the PS3 that will remember where you stopped watching a Blu-ray movie? This is starting to tick me off every time I turn off the system. If not I may suggest to Sony that they should try to fix this problem, even though its not that big of a problem.

Once the PS3 is turned off it does not remember where you left off in a movie. Perhaps in a future update.

I don't think this is a very high priority request, why do you turn the PS3 off? You should be running Folding@Home when you are not watching movies :-)
