Default Where do I find the UPC number?

Hi, I'm filling out an email to get my blu ray disc replaced for PotC 1, and they want the UPC number, but I'm not too sure what it is or where to find it? How many digits or letters should it be?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

The UPC is 10 [No you idiot, it's 12] digits, it's the barcode number.

// Corrected, Sorry mind still stuck from filling No 10 Digit Number available reports.

Was it a bad disc or they replacing the old ones because of the heavy BD-J on the original?

They're replacing the old ones because of some framing issues in some scenes where everyones heads are chopped off by the top black bar.

And thanks for the reply! Found it!

Pirates 1 had some mis-framed scenes in the initial releases.

Yeah apparently when you call 1-800-723-4763 they tell you to send an email now to disneyinfo@disneyhelp.com. From there it's just sending your name, address, phone number, and upc number. Once they process it they will send out the replacement disc. When I called the number I thought I was going to talk to a representative, but it gave an automated message at the beginning about the e-mail.

What becomes of the old one? I'm hoping they tell us to keep it or discard it. I want to try some of those scratch tests on a disc. Plus I get a spare case to juggle around.
