HP 1 Canadian discs - Blu-ray Forum

Can someone tell me if there is any difference in the US and Canadian Blu-Ray versions of the first Harry Potter film besides the small line changes within the movie itself? I am talking about in the areas of PQ, AQ, and extra features. I have always had the Philosopher's Stone standard dvd and was thinking about getting it on Blu-Ray from Amazon.Com Canada.

There is no french soundtrack on the US version.

I think that all Canadian versions are printed on gold backed paper [that is a joke but considering the difference in price between Amazon.ca and Amazon.com it should be true].

The Canadian versions have the added French soundtrack and likely French subtitles [this is a general rule for most DVDs].

bascially no french audio, english only cases (front/back & spine) which is great cuz i hate the whole french and english thing

Also have French titles on the bd cover. Makes me wanna get mine from Amazon.

i usually do... in the end its actually cheaper and looks nicer... i've only bought minimal bds in store and i had to make sure they only had the english casing (i almost bought Les Bagnoles (Cars)by accident lol)
