Does burr-brown DAC in 805 worth extra $300 comparing to 605 (705)? Any audible difference?

Assuming all else is the same, yes better DACs (the Burr-Brown ones) should sound better. The best way is to try the two in the same system (preferably with decent speakers!) and judge for yourself.
