Has anybody seen Heyy Babyy blu-ray disk. Although it was announced last week, there seems to be a delay in shipping this title.
Any news?

looking at your collection i would have thought that you would enjoy a good movie not for the screenplay but also PQ and AQ. OSO was first movie i have watched in almost 10 years. I will tell you that i was impressed by it in the theater, i mean all the colors and the sets and everything .

most desis watch movies that are camera version, online streaming, or dvdrip or similar. to get something in BLU RAY format would be just plain

Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam would be a super hit on BLU, also Devdas

Fully agree. We are eagerly waiting for Bollywood super classics (including above) to appear on blu-ray.

i am not much into indian movies as i think they are all come from the same batch.

but once in a while Bollywood would suprise me and put out a gem of a movie that i just have to admit that i love.

in the past 10 years i have seen maybe 10 or so movies from start to finish.

Don't spend your well earned money on these silly Bollywood flicks--there really not worth it. Most of them are rip-off's from Hollywood films. They have no original ideas.

I just can't understand why they are releasing this Indian crap instead of releasing the ultimate classics. I mean, only Indians will buy this crap--no thinking white man/black man (or any other race other than Indian) will buy these shoddy movies.

Don't generalize that Indian movies are crap. Bollywood is just one part of Indian Cine industry. There are other regional language industry that are far better than Bollywood in terms of production value and originality. If you don't like them please move on and watch crap HOLLYWOOD movies like CRANK.

You have no idea. Many non Indians buy this stuff, including many people from the West. Some Bollywood films are very good and worth buying.

Like you said some praps, maybe a few but most of the movies are typically silly. I mean what's with the song & dance thing! Who does that anymore? Lame! Ofcourse then there are movies like Company, Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi, Khamosh Pani, Rang De Basanti. But 9 outta 10 times Bollywood flicks arent original and thats my opinion.
