How come everytime i want to Turn On BD 1080p 24 Hz output (HDMI) it tells me that "An incompatible video signal has been received. Check the output device settings"

I do have HDMI on my Sharp Aquos 32inch
and my Sharp is 1080p Compatible.

why is that?

Your TV cannot accept 24p signals.
