Unhappy Blu Ray "Fox films" problems!!!!!

Has anyone out there had problems playing FOX films????
My kit is as follows, Pioneer LX70 via HDMI and Dig Coaxial to Bose 30/12 system Jewel cube speakers.
I can get picture and audio from my Sony V3000, but no audio from my Bose!
I have downloaded the latest Firmware upgrade from Pioneer's website today, but no change to above situation. (Firmware upgrade version is 2.40 by the way)
I would welcome any help whatsoever!

I don't own anything in your setup but my first question would be what audio output setting are you using? You may need to tell the player which audio out source to use. After that make sure it is not sending a format the receiver can't decode.

EDIT: Is it only with Fox titles or do other studio's blu-rays not work either? When you get sound from your Sony is it via HDMI or another source?

1) is this only for fox films?
2) what audio options do you have selected on your receiver?

My first thought is that your Bose receiver doesnt decode DTS (core) and maybe your player isnt set to output 2.0 PCM

You may not have the correct setting on your receiver.

Thanks to all who took the time to reply.
Following several phone calls ( Pioneer/ Bose) we worked out that these films only have " English DTS HD master Audio " on the Blu Ray.
My Bose cannot decode this and the only option is via phono leads to Pioneer and use what Bose call Video Stage 5.
As good as this is I don't see the point!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It means I just can't buy these films on Blu Ray!!!!!!!!!!!

Or...You could just select a different audio option on those discs, like 5.1 Dolby Surround for example, which is probably supported on just about everything.

Edit: Actually, are you saying that the discs you're trying to play don't have any of the other options other than DTS HD-MA?
